3. Schinderhannes Tour Kastellaun
Cycle through the Hunsrück landscape without the need to pedal uphill and follow the old tracks of the Hunsrück Railway to Kastellaun • Old town, castle and the House of Regional History (Celts, Romans, knights and special documentary on "The Cold War" • Sat / Sun / NH 1.5.-31.10. Return travel is possible with the Regio-Radler bus.

4. Schinderhannes Tour Simmern

6. 1192 Cycle Tour
Through the Hunsrück Forests to Buchholz • From here past the Niederkirchspiel to Ehrenburg • „Knights, intrigue and romance" – experience the year 1192 • Cycle along the Niederkirchspiel cycle path to Buchholz • Continue with the Hunsrück Railway to Emmelshausen

9. 500 DM Cycle Tour
Downhill to Burgen • Over the Moselle Bridge to Löf • Mosellekern • Eltzbach • Walk from the Ringelsteiner Mill to Burg Eltz (picture on the 500 DM note) • Visit to Märchenburg • Continue to Treis-Karden by bike • Return with the cycle bus from Karden train station.

10. Cycle and play a round of GOLF
On the Schinderhannes-Untermosel-bike path to Gondershausen. A Round of SPIEL GOLF. Its a mixture of GOLF and MINIGOLF.
Then back to Emmelshausen or you can cycle to the moselle and come back with the bus.
