1st Day: Introductory Tour
Explore the area and the surroundings on your own.
2nd Day: Adventure Valley
This is a walk from Hunsrück through the Ehrbach Valley to the Moselle (16 km). Walk through the narrow passages of the Ehrbach Gorge. On your way through this unique spot, five managed mills offer the opportunity to take a break and mediaeval castles greet you from above.
The short, steep climb up to Ehrenburg is worth it. Unique to Germany; the castle comes alive throughout the year. In addition to the festival Sundays, themed festivals also take place. Particularly interesting: the interactive exhibition „knights, intrigue and romance".
You will then reach the Moselle in Brodenbach. From here, the walker’s bus brings you back to Hunsrück Heights.
3rd Day: Loreley Valley
This is walk from Hunsrück to the Rhine including a Loreley boat trip (16 km).
You then walk from Hunsrück over the Rhine Heights path with beautiful views down to Boppard, the jewel of the Rhine, which is situated on the largest loop in the Rhine. On the Rhine promenade you climb aboard the Loreley Panorama Tour boat (approx. 2.5 hours).
Back in Boppard you may have the time for the Roman castle or the Thonet Museum or you can sit quite comfortably in one of the wine taverns. The Hunsrück Railway, one of the steepest railway tracks in Germany, brings you back again.
4th Day: Journey home or continue your holiday
