This is a walk from Hunsrück through the Ehrbach Valley to the Moselle (16 km). Walk through the narrow passages of the Ehrbach Gorge. On your way through this unique spot, five managed mills offer the opportunity to take a break and mediaeval castles greet you from above.
The short, steep climb up to Ehrenburg is worth it. Unique to Germany; the castle comes alive throughout the year. In addition to the festival Sundays, themed festivals also take place. Particularly interesting: the interactive exhibition „knights, intrigue and romance".
You will then reach the Moselle in Brodenbach. From here, the walker’s bus brings you back to Hunsrück Heights.
